H2O is a systemized online wholesale platform set up to help organic and sustainable products sellers simplify and grow their business. We help you make your products available to retailers, supermarkets, clean beauty stores, beauty spas, health and wellness stores, nutrition & supplement stores, pharmacy, specialty stores, restaurants & cafes, and manufacturers that shop on H2O’s marketplace

How to sell on H2O?

Register as a seller on our Wholesale hub, and we’ll verify you’re for real.

Once you are verified to be an organic and/or sustainable seller. You can list products for retailers and bulk buyers to shop.

Where is H2O available?

H2O is currently available in the US and India.

What documents do I need to be a verified seller?

We need your license copy, any certifications, quality standards and registration documents, and any other files supporting your product quality.

Can I list all my products on your platform?

After becoming an authorized H2O platform seller, we will create your H2O brand page on which you can list all your products and make them available for wholesale purchase.

Unfortunately, you are not authorized to list or sell wholesale products that you do not make or that are not under your brand on your H2O brand page.

You can add or edit a new product to your brand page using the Product Edit tab.

What is the Wholesale Buy button on my own website?

We can also include a wholesale buy button on your website, so any wholesale buyers visiting your site can make a purchase directly.

However, they will need to create a login on our site so they can make direct purchases. This feature is coming soon!

How much does H2O cost?

You can create a free account with us for your first year. So, you can list and sell products. Remember! We make money when you make money. H2O charges a fee based on the category of the product you are selling.

How do I get paid as a Seller?

Funds from your completed sales will be created to your bank account after deducting H2O fees the week after your products are delivered to your customer.

Can I offer samples?

Yes, you can offer free samples and testers.

And we also offer first product orders with free returns.

That way, buyers can experiment with more new products in the store without having to think about what if they don’t get sold.

Free Samples can also be added along with other products so your buyers can save on shipping costs.

Please note:

• Samples are not entitled to return, replace and refund
• All sample orders have a 0% H2O commission
• Retailers pay the shipping charges for sample orders

What if I’m already in business with other retailers?

Worried that you already have an existing business relationship with a few retail stores. That’s not an issue.

Bring all your existing relationships to one place for wholesale, we work alongside your team and guarantee you 0% commission on all orders from existing accounts you and your reps already got on board.

How do shipping and logistics work?

We use our shipping and logistics partners to ship from your nearest warehouse.

You can print the labels on a dashboard and keep the shipment ready for our partners to pick up. If shipment requires special requirements, we will collect such information on the product description page and the same will be forwarded to our shipping and logistics partners.

What data do you collect for your AI?

You can voluntarily share data sets of your historical transactions, and customer data masking their identity and contact information.

We will help identify the right stores and try and push your products into those stores.

What do you mean by your own Growth Rep?

We will have Growth Reps working on behalf of you to actively reach out and market your products in front of retailers.

How can I sell internationally?

Currently, we offer few brands to sell in the US. Your products should be approved by the FDA for your products to be sold there.

You should have Import and Export registration and IEC code for your product. If you meet these criteria as well as the quality standards required by the buyers. We can get your products across the border.

How do Net-60 terms work?

You can choose Net-60 terms with the buyers, where you will get paid in the next payment cycle (next week post-delivery) while buyers pay within 60 days.

Financial institutions charge a small fee of 2-3% for the same.

If you are able to offer Net-60 to buyers on your own, then these charges can be waived. This helps buyers have sufficient time to make payments as the products take a bit of time to sell to customers.
